A priest presiding over the Church of Annunciation, Reverend Father Kwaggas Matthew has said members of the parish will have to show their PVC before they would be given Holy Communion.
The Priest urged his members to come out en masse to vote for a candidate that will put a stop to further killings and poverty in the country.
The cleric accused the federal government of not doing enough to put an end to the killing of innocent citizens by unknown herdsmen.
In his own words: “Next Sunday, no PVC, no communion. If you have PVC and refuse to vote, you allow evil to prevail. Intensify your prayers for I peaceful conduct of the election come Saturday 16th February
“Come out and vote for a candidate of your choice. I have my own PVC and I will come out and vote. You should vote for the candidate that will not continue to kill you and a candidate that will not continue to inflict pains on the people.”
